PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave Instructions (From Frozen):
- Open the package and remove any outer wrapping or seals.
- Microwave egg bites, uncovered, in their paper tray. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Cheese & Uncured Bacon Egg Bites: Heat on high for 90 seconds.
- Spinach & Pepper Egg White Bites: Heat on high for 1 minute and 40 seconds.
- Let them stand for 1 minute before serving.
Stovetop Instructions (thawed preferred, but can adjust from frozen):
- Thaw in the refrigerator (preferred)
- Heat a non-stick skillet with a little oil or butter over medium-low.
- Place egg bites in the skillet, cover, and cook for 4-6 minutes per side if thawed (add an extra 2-3 minutes per side if from frozen) until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Rest for a minute before enjoying.
Oven/Toaster Oven (thawed preferred, but can adjust from frozen):
- Preheat to 350°F.
- Place egg bites on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Cool briefly before serving.
