Ingredients

  • 3 pkg ButcherBox Drumsticks any chicken cut works great

BBQ Dry Rub

  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 3 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix dry rub ingredients together in mixing bowl. Then toss drumsticks in mix, massage rub into drumsticks. Place on a greased baking sheet in single layer. At this time they can go directly into the oven or cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 400℉. Roast drumsticks for 20 minutes, then flip drumsticks and roast for 20 additional minutes.
  • At this point the drumsticks are ready to serve as is. An alternative procedure is to brush the drumsticks with your favorite bbq sauce and pop them on the grill or back in the oven to caramelize the BBQ sauce!
