  • 3 ButcherBox Fully Cooked Organic Free-Range Breaded Chicken Strips
  • 2 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 4 Pickle chips
  • 1 brioche bun halved and toasted


  • Arrange the chicken strips on a microwave-safe plate lined with a paper towel. Heat on high for 95 seconds, turning them halfway through. Let them rest for 1-2 minutes.
  • While the chicken warms, mix the mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, hot sauce, and mustard in a small bowl to create the special sauce.
  • Toast the brioche bun until it’s golden and crisp.
  • Spread a generous amount of the special sauce on both cut sides of the bun.
  • Layer the pickle chips on the bottom bun.
  • Place the warmed chicken strips on top of the pickles, cutting them if needed to fit the bun.
  • Cap with the top bun, press down gently, and serve immediately.
