Arrange the chicken strips on a microwave-safe plate lined with a paper towel. Heat on high for 95 seconds, turning them halfway through. Let them rest for 1-2 minutes.
While the chicken warms, mix the mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, hot sauce, and mustard in a small bowl to create the special sauce.
Toast the brioche bun until it’s golden and crisp.
Spread a generous amount of the special sauce on both cut sides of the bun.
Layer the pickle chips on the bottom bun.
Place the warmed chicken strips on top of the pickles, cutting them if needed to fit the bun.
Cap with the top bun, press down gently, and serve immediately.
