Ingredients

  • 1 lb ButcherBox Wild Caught U.S. Gulf Shrimp

Jerk Shrimp:

  • 2 tbsps Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime juiced

Honey Sesame Shrimp:

  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Herb Garlic Butter Shrimp:

  • 2 tbsps butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp:

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Divide the shrimp into three equal portions for each marinade.

Jerk Shrimp:

  • In a bowl, mix the jerk seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice.
  • Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Honey Sesame Shrimp:

  • In a separate bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and minced garlic.
  • Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Herb Garlic Butter Shrimp:

  • In another bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
  • Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Grill the Shrimp:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Skewer the shrimp or use a grill basket to prevent them from falling through the grates.
  • Grill each batch of shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.

Serve:

  • Arrange the shrimp on a platter and garnish with additional lime wedges, sesame seeds, or parsley as desired.
