Easy Baked Cod

Dinner in 15 minutes? It’s possible, and it’s absolutely delicious with this easy baked cod recipe. All you need is a baking sheet and some seasoned salt à la ButcherBoxTM.

Ingredients

  • 2 ea ButcherBox Cod Fillet thawed
  • tsp BB Seasoned Salt
  • 2 tsp avocado oil preferred oil: Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Thoroughly dry thawed cod. Drizzle oil and sprinkle seasoned salt on fillets and rub all over.
  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of fillet.

Notes

Our BB Seasoned Salt recipe is easy to pull together— a mixture of salt, Herbes de Provence, garlic powder, and onion powder.
