Dinner in 15 minutes? It’s possible, and it’s absolutely delicious with this easy baked cod recipe. All you need is a baking sheet and some seasoned salt à la ButcherBoxTM.
- 2 ea ButcherBox Cod Fillet thawed
- 1½ tsp BB Seasoned Salt
- 2 tsp avocado oil preferred oil: Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Thoroughly dry thawed cod. Drizzle oil and sprinkle seasoned salt on fillets and rub all over.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of fillet.
