Buffalo Chicken Tostadas
Ingredients
- 2 ButcherBox Chicken Breasts cooked and shredded
- 8 tostada shells or baked corn tortillas
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup ranch dressing optional
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, toss the shredded ButcherBox Chicken Breasts with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Arrange the tostada shells on a large baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to crisp up.
- Top each tostada with a generous portion of the buffalo chicken, followed by shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
