Ingredients

  • 2 ButcherBox Chicken Breasts cooked and shredded
  • 8 tostada shells or baked corn tortillas
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing optional
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a medium bowl, toss the shredded ButcherBox Chicken Breasts with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • Arrange the tostada shells on a large baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to crisp up.
  • Top each tostada with a generous portion of the buffalo chicken, followed by shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of ranch dressing or crumbled blue cheese, if using.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the spicy, tangy flavors!
