Ingredients

- 2 tbsp ButcherBox Louisiana Rub
- salt and pepper To taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 spicy sauce (e.g., salsa verde or your favorite hot sauce)
- 1/4 pickled red onions

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and ButcherBox Louisiana Rub.
- Prepare pickled red onions and sliced avocado (optional).
- Warm the tortillas (you can do this in a dry pan or wrapped in foil in the oven for a few minutes).
How to Cook
