- 6 slices ButcherBox Bacon
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Fresh Chives chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preparation
- Remove the foot (the muscle) from the scallops.
- Cut the bacon slices in half to wrap each scallop.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing equal parts soy sauce and maple syrup in a small bowl.
How to Cook
- Take each scallop and wrap it with a piece of bacon. Secure each one with a skewer or toothpick.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and maple syrup to create the glaze.
- Preheat the broiler. Place the bacon-wrapped scallops on a baking sheet and brush them with the glaze. Broil for about 2-3 minutes, flipping and brushing every few minutes.
