The cutest appetizer: a meatball that tastes like a bacon cheeseburger, served on a toothpick. These are baked in the oven, and the 3-ingredient special sauce is great for dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg ButcherBox Ground Beef
- 1 pkg ButcherBox Bacon extra crispy, rough chopped
- 1½ c cheddar cheese shredded
- ⅓ c ketchup
- ½ c panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Special Sauce
- 1 c mayonnaise
- ⅓ c ketchup
- ¼ c dill pickles minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Form into tablespoon size balls and place an inch apart on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with Special Sauce or your favorite burger condiment.
Special Sauce
- Combine all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Once completely mixed transfer to a resealable container and refrigerate until ready to use. This will last for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
