Bacon Breakfast Burrito
Experience a burst of flavor with our Breakfast Burrito, a perfect blend of ButcherBox Bacon and fresh ingredients wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients
- 1 Pork or Chicken Maple Breakfast Sausage Patty thawed and heated
- 2-3 slices ButcherBox Bacon
- 1 large tortilla gluten-free if desired
- 1 cup shredded cheese mix of white cheddar and American cheddar recommended
- 2 eggs scrambled
- 2 tbsps red onions diced
- 1 tbsp chives chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Lay the bacon on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F until crisp, about 10-12 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Scramble eggs to your liking and set aside.
- On a large tortilla, layer half the cheese, the scrambled eggs, bacon, diced sausage patty, red onions, chives, and the remaining cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends to form the burrito.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, place burrito seam-side down, and cook until golden brown; flip and cook the other side.
- Slice your burrito in half and serve hot.
Notes
Reheating ButcherBox Breakfast Sausage Patties from Frozen
Skillet Instructions:- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Place frozen ButcherBox Breakfast Sausage Patties in the skillet.
- Cook for 7-9 minutes, turning the patties occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Place frozen ButcherBox Breakfast Sausage Patties on a paper towel on a microwave-safe plate.
- Do not cover. Set microwave to medium heat (to prevent toughening).
- Heat as follows: 1 patty for 1-1½ minutes, 2 patties for 2-2½ minutes, 4 patties for 5 minutes.
