Check out four favorite ways to cook uncured corned beef brisket with Chef Yankel in the ButcherBox kitchen.
First, we get to the meat of the St. Patrick’s day meal with a traditional boiled dinner in an Instant Pot: Corned beef, cabbage, carrots, and potatoes.
Next, we slice into a delicious Reuben sandwich with Russian dressing, sauerkraut, and a little barbecue twist.
After that, we cook up some corned beef hash with white potatoes, roasted tomatoes, and sunny-side-up eggs.
