Simple ingredients like garlic and onion powder come together to create this nutritious dish. If you’re not gluten-conscious, feel free to swap the almond flour with conventional flour. Teriyaki Chicken Meatball Meal Prep

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ButcherBox Pasture- Raised Heirloom Ground Chicken
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400F.
  • Combine all ingredients (except teriyaki sauce) and form the mixture into balls (about 12) and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  • One cooked through, place in a bowl and toss with your favorite teriyaki sauce.
  • Serve with your veggie of choice and either white rice or cauliflower rice.
