This recipe is the jack of all trades. It’s Whole 30-compliant, gluten-free, dairy-free, and paleo-friendly. Simple ingredients like garlic and onion powder come together to create this nutritious dish. If you’re not gluten-conscious, feel free to swap the almond flour with conventional flour. Ingredients
- 1 lb ButcherBox Pasture- Raised Heirloom Ground Chicken
- 1 egg
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- Combine all ingredients (except teriyaki sauce) and form the mixture into balls (about 12) and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
- One cooked through, place in a bowl and toss with your favorite teriyaki sauce.
- Serve with your veggie of choice and either white rice or cauliflower rice.
