Steak Tip Burrito Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 lb ButcherBox Premium Steak Tips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 can black beans (15oz) rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- fresh cilantro for garnish
- lime wedges for serving
- shredded cheese sour cream, or dairy-free alternatives (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the ButcherBox Premium Steak Tips with olive oil, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips and cook for 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached, turning occasionally. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
