Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Breakfast Sausage
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup
  • 2 cups pancake mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, crumble the pork sausage and add the oregano, sea salt, and dried oregano. Cook until the sausage is evenly browned and no longer pink, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  • Make 2 cups of pancake mix according to the package instructions.
  • Add the cooked pork sausage to the pancake mix and stir to combine.
  • Scoop the mix into 12 lined muffin tins then bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes until centers are cooked through. Enjoy with warm maple syrup.
