Recreate a classic fast-food favorite with our easy ButcherBox chicken strip sandwich, featuring a simple, spicy homemade sauce and crunchy pickles on a toasted brioche bun. Quick and delicious!

Ingredients
- 3 ButcherBox Fully Cooked Organic Free-Range Breaded Chicken Strips
- 2 tbsps mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 4 Pickle chips
- 1 brioche bun halved and toasted
Instructions
- Arrange the chicken strips on a microwave-safe plate lined with a paper towel. Heat on high for 95 seconds, turning them halfway through. Let them rest for 1-2 minutes.
- While the chicken warms, mix the mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, hot sauce, and mustard in a small bowl to create the special sauce.
- Toast the brioche bun until it’s golden and crisp.
- Spread a generous amount of the special sauce on both cut sides of the bun.
- Layer the pickle chips on the bottom bun.
- Place the warmed chicken strips on top of the pickles, cutting them if needed to fit the bun.
- Cap with the top bun, press down gently, and serve immediately.
