Ingredients

  • 1 ButcherBox Breakfast Sausage Patty
  • 1 bagel toasted
  • 1/4 avocado mashed
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 hash brown patty
  • 1 egg scrambled
  • chives optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Toast the bagel and cook the hash brown and ButcherBox breakfast sausage patty as per the package's instructions. Scramble the egg in a pan.
  • Assemble your bagel with the mashed avocado, breakfast sausage patty, cheddar cheese, hash brown, scrambled egg, and garnish with chives if desired.
  • Wrap the assembled bagel in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
