Ingredients
- 2 pkg ButcherBox Pork Chops
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- ¼ c olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Yogurt Sauce
- 2 c Greek Yogurt
- 2 ea scallions
- 1 ea lemon juiced
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill with two zones, one on high and one on low.
- Mix spices and olive oil.
- Coat pork chops with spice rub and put on hottest part of grill.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
- Move pork chops to cooler side of grill and close grill.
- Cook for 8-10 more minutes or until thermometer inserted in thickest part reads 145°F , flipping once halfway through. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Yogurt Sauce
- Mix all ingredients for yogurt sauce. (This is best when prepared a day early.)
