If you’ve ever forgotten the thaw something for dinner, this recipe is for you. This technique makes it easy to cook ground beef directly from the freezer and you pick the seasonings.

Instructions
- Preheat skillet on medium heat.
- Place frozen block of ground beef in skillet. Sear for 4 minutes, then flip the block and scrap the cooked beef off. Continue this process of searing, flipping and scrapping until the block is small enough to chop up with wooden spoon.
- At this point add any seasoning you desire, whether is cumin and salsa for tacos or garlic and your favortie marinara sauce. Dinner in 15 minutes, can't beat that!!
