This simply delicious cranberry chutney is a perfect condiment or side dish for your Thanksgiving dinner. Plus, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- 12 ounces cranberries
- 1 small onion small dice
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1 cup pure cane sugar
- 1 cup water
- Place all ingredients in a medium sauce-pot on medium heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 30 minutes, remove lid and reduce heat to low, and let reduce for one more hour.
- Let cool completely before serving or transferring into an airtight container. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
