This simply delicious cranberry chutney is a perfect condiment or side dish for your Thanksgiving dinner. Plus, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cranberries
  • 1 small onion small dice
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup pure cane sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a medium sauce-pot on medium heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • After 30 minutes, remove lid and reduce heat to low, and let reduce for one more hour.
  • Let cool completely before serving or transferring into an airtight container. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
