Place the pouch of Slow Cooked Beef Barbacoa in the refrigerator and thaw overnight.
Once thawed, place the contents of the package into a saucepan (juices included) over medium heat.
Heat for approximately 5 minutes or until heated through.
Gently shred the heated beef using a fork.
Allow the beef to rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
While the beef is resting, thinly slice the radishes and jalapenos.
Warm the flour tortillas either on a skillet (1 tsp olive oil, 1 minute per side) or in the microwave (15 seconds).
Place a portion of the heated beef barbacoa onto each tortilla.
Top with sliced radishes, jalapeños, and crumbled cotija cheese.
Serve immediately.
