Ingredients

  • 1 package ButcherBox's Slow Cooked Beef Barbacoa (Fully Cooked)
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • sliced radishes optional
  • sliced jalapeños for garnish
  • crumbled cotija cheese for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the pouch of Slow Cooked Beef Barbacoa in the refrigerator and thaw overnight.
  • Once thawed, place the contents of the package into a saucepan (juices included) over medium heat.
  • Heat for approximately 5 minutes or until heated through.
  • Gently shred the heated beef using a fork.
  • Allow the beef to rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
  • While the beef is resting, thinly slice the radishes and jalapenos.
  • Warm the flour tortillas either on a skillet (1 tsp olive oil, 1 minute per side) or in the microwave (15 seconds).
  • Place a portion of the heated beef barbacoa onto each tortilla.
  • Top with sliced radishes, jalapeños, and crumbled cotija cheese.
  • Serve immediately.
