Preheat your oven to 400F.
Combine all ingredients (except teriyaki sauce) and form the mixture into balls (about 12) and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
One cooked through, place in a bowl and toss with your favorite teriyaki sauce.
Serve with your veggie of choice and either white rice or cauliflower rice.
