Ensure that the potatoes are defrosted. You can defrost overnight in the fridge or in a bowl of cold water for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to a high broil and set the oven rack to the top position.
Open the bag and empty potatoes on a rimmed baking tray. Distribute evenly.
Broil the potatoes for 7-9 minutes, stir and broil again for another 3-5 minutes until the potatoes are evenly browned. The internal temperature should be at least 165ºF.
(Optional) Top the potatoes with the included rosemary grey sea salt to taste, and enjoy!
