Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add garlic, onion and ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned.
Add ground beef and cook for 3 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns.
Mix in the cabbage, carrots, and celery stalks.
Season with BB lemon pepper seasoning, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha. Sauté for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in the same skillet over medium heat.
Add the 1 minced garlic clove and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in broccoli rice and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 2 teaspoons soy sauce and mix well. Remove from heat.
Place broccoli rice in a bowl. Top with the beef and vegetable mixture. Garnish with chopped scallions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately and enjoy!
