Ingredients

  • 1 pouch ButcherBox Fully Cooked Organic Free-Range Grilled Chicken Breast thawed
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsps Greek dressing

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, ensuring everything is evenly coated in salad dressing.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface or cutting board. Divide the salad mix evenly between the tortillas.
  • Drizzle additional Greek dressing as needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  • Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a portable meal option.
