Preheat your grill with two zones, one on high and one on low.
Mix spices and olive oil.
Coat pork chops with spice rub and put on hottest part of grill.
Grill for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
Move pork chops to cooler side of grill and close grill.
Cook for 8-10 more minutes or until thermometer inserted in thickest part reads 145°F , flipping once halfway through. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
