Place ham cut side down on a baking sheet or roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare chutney.
After 30 minutes, smear a ½ cup of finished chutney all over ham and place back in oven and bake for an additional 10-20 minutes.

Tart Cherry Chutney
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Simmer on medium low for 30 minutes, or until the chutney thickens. Chef Tip: It's always best to reduce a sugar and liquid mixture at a low temperature to avoid burning.
