Easy Ground Beef from Frozen

  • Preheat skillet on medium heat.
  • Place frozen block of ground beef in skillet. Sear for 4 minutes, then flip the block and scrap the cooked beef off. Continue this process of searing, flipping and scrapping until the block is small enough to chop up with wooden spoon.
  • At this point add any seasoning you desire, whether is cumin and salsa for tacos or garlic and your favortie marinara sauce. Dinner in 15 minutes, can't beat that!!
