Ingredients

  • 2 pkg ButcherBox Pork Chops
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Yogurt Sauce

  • 2 c Greek Yogurt
  • 2 ea scallions
  • 1 ea lemon juiced
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill with two zones, one on high and one on low.
  • Mix spices and olive oil.
  • Coat pork chops with spice rub and put on hottest part of grill.
  • Grill for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
  • Move pork chops to cooler side of grill and close grill.
  • Cook for 8-10 more minutes or until thermometer inserted in thickest part reads 145°F , flipping once halfway through. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Yogurt Sauce

  • Mix all ingredients for yogurt sauce. (This is best when prepared a day early.)
